Marcella Verchio is a multidisciplinary artist based in Washington, DC, working across painting, mural work, screenprinting, graphic design, and illustration.
Her practice explores symbolism, transformation, and the relationship between inner experience and material form, drawing from themes of philosophy, contemporary life, and the complexities of the human condition.
In addition to her studio practice, Marcella designs and facilitates community mural projects and art workshops that encourage creativity, connection, and collective expression.
Born in Akron, Ohio, Marcella earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 2016. She currently lives and works in Washington, D.C.
